Cancellation - Please let us know at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid:
1 night's cancellation fee on bookings Monday-Thursday night;
the total cost of the Friday and Saturday nights for bookings including Friday and Saturday nights.
If we are able to re-let your room, we will not charge the cancelation fee. Bookings (however constituted) consitute a contract in law between ourselves and our guests. Please understand that we are a small business and vulnerable to last minute cancelations, and we are likely to have turned other business away for your booking, which we can find very expensive. Hence the need for this policy. Insurance is recomended and may be included under your household policy, or with banking facilities.
We require a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per room to secure a booking.
Agents commission paid on Net Accommodation and Breakfast rates (8% net) Not Dinner.

Babies £10.00 which includes complementary use of travel cot (if available).
High tea for children is available and is charged as taken: it is most likely to be in a private dining room we find that other guests and parents themselves are most relaxed this way.
Child Care - from time guests require childcare; we can recomend Tinies Nanny Agency, who can put you in touch with properly ceritified childcarers in the area.
Dogs are welcome in the Carriage House and Cedar Lodge (not in Soulton Hall itself, out of consideration for other guests) - £10 per night.
