We do not have a set delegate package at Soulton.

We like our guests to have the complete flexibility to create the meeting or event that they require. Rooms can be hired individually or the entire building can be yours for your event, to ensure total privacy.

Room hire is from £80.00 for a full day which includes the following:

  • - complementary use of equipment (flip chart, projection screens, whiteboard, ohp, etc);

  • - all tea and coffee on arrival and during meeting breaks;

  • - mineral water;

  • - fruit;

  • - homemade pastries and biscuits

It is possible to hire Soulton Court (or indeed Soulton Hall) on an exclusive basis, for total privacy. There are at least six break out rooms available, please see our facilities.

Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged at Soulton Hall which also has a interesting collection of wines. Please see elsewhere on this website (private dining and restaurant) for details.

Meals can be anything from bacon buttes, soup and sandwiches through to a five course candle lit dinner. It is up to you.

Many meetings find that the opportunity to retire from their meeting in Soulton Court to a meal in Soulton Hall provides a welcome change of tone from the business of the day.
