Cottage Tariffs 2012
We understand that not everybody wants a cottage for a full week, and not everybody wants to cook all of their own meals when they're on holiday.
So we have flexible holiday periods for our cottages as follows:
Friday-Friday (7 nights);
Friday-Monday (three night weekend);
and Monday- Friday (four nights during the week).
And it might be nice to know that you can have breakfast or dinner at Soulton Hall, only a short walk/drive away if you decide not to cook .

Christmas and New Year Period - lettings are for one week only (3 and 4 night breaks are not available) and where Christmas day falls on or near a Friday, our conventional Friday to Friday letting will be departed from.
Pets - permitted at the owner's discretion in Ploughman's and Herdsman's Cottages only, at cost of £20.00 per week.
Prices include - VAT up to 20 per cent, rental, heating, electricity, towels, bed linen, as well as welcoming toiletries and a basket of provisions.
Cots - are available on request at a charge of £10.00 per cot and £10.00 per high chair.
Arrival & Departure - your cottage will be ready for you between 3:00pm and 5:00pm on your day of arrival. Please come to Soulton Hall so that we can show you to your cottage. Please ring if you anticipate arriving late so that we can make different arrangements to welcome you and show you to your cottage. Please do not arrive early. In consideration of guests following you please make sure that you leave by 10.00 a.m. and that the accommodation is in a clean and tidy condition.
Misuse of cottages - due to the behaviour of a small minority of guests in the past it is sadly necessary to state that you will be held liable for any unreasonable breakages/damages and/or for extra cleaning. It is very unusual to have to do this. Terms and conditions are published separately.
Child Care - from time guests require childcare; we can recomend Tinies Nanny Agency, who can put you in touch with properly ceritified childcarers in the area.
Soulton Hall - extra accommodation as well as dining is available in Soulton Hall; this may be useful for extended members of your party who may like to join you for a couple of days.
Booking - please telephone and make your booking on (01939) 232786 or email enquiries@soultonhall.co.uk a non-refundable deposit of £100.00 is required to secure your booking.
Please let us know at least four weeks before cancellation of your booking to avoid cancellation fee of 100 per cent of the booking; this payment may be used to secure fresh dates. Insurance is recommended.
