Home > Meetings > The Buttery
The buttery is located in the oldest part of Soulton Hall, and dates from about 1420. It has an enormous fifteenth century inglenook fireplace, and exposed stone and brickwork.
It is a quiet room down a flight of steps from the principal floor of the house, and totally 'out-of-the-way'.
The buttery has a double aspect and large windows. It faces south and looks out, over a compass-patterned cobbled yard, across the fields to Soulton Wood.
Meeting Capacities
The buttery is only suitable for boardroom style meetings, its maximum capacity is 10.
