All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.
Room Hire for the day, including tea, coffee, biscuits, mineral water and fruit:

Meeting rooms are normally available from 9:30am until 5:30pm.
To assist us in ensuring your meeting runs smoothly, we require confirmation of numbers to be attending and of room lay out 7 days before the date of your meeting. Organisers should make us aware of any special dietary or other requirements that individuals in their party may have when confirming the room lay out and numbers.
The individual or organisation making a meeting room booking is responsible for the conduct of all the individuals attending the meeting, and for assisting us with reasonable requests in the interests of health and safety.
We have ample parking for cars; please let us know in advance if arriving by coach or helicopter.
A deposit of £100 is required when making a booking; payment in full is requested upon departure, unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.
