Dining
We serve relaxed candle-lit dinners and are open to both residents and non-residents.
We change our menu every day, and use fresh daily produce. For this reason it is necessary to book your meal in advance.
There are two dining rooms in Soulton Hall: the elegant principal dining room and the Medieval buttery, which is in a half cellar.
When we are hosting on a bigger scale and on an exclusive use basis, we follow a custom surviving from Tudor times and host the celebration in Soulton Court, which we have painstakingly restored over the last ten years. In this building the Long Room, Moot Hall and other spaces in Soulton Court can host between 80 and 300 or so.
