In consideration of guests following you please make sure that you leave by 10.00 a.m. and that the accommodation is in a clean and tidy condition.
  • Special offers - please consult the special offers section of the website which may just have items of interest to you...
  • Misuse of cottages - this is irrelevent in the vast, vast majority of cases.  However, due to the behaviour of a small minority of guests in the past it is sadly necessary to state that you will be held liable for any unreasonable breakages/damages and/or for any extra cleaning. It is very unusual to have to do this. Terms and conditions are published separately.
  • Child Care - from time guests require childcare; we can recommend Tinies Nanny Agency, who can put you in touch with properly ceritified childcarers in the area.
  • Soulton Hall - extra accommodation as well as dining is available in Soulton Hall; this may be useful for extended members of your party, who may like to join you for a couple of days.

  • Terms and Conditions in full can be found here.

We have a genuine emphasis of sustainability here.

The manor house is heated by ground source heating, and electricity is generated onsite from solar PV.

Meanwhile on our farm we practice conservation 'no til' agriculture.
