The Cottages at Soulton
The history of the farm means that over the years/centuries several cottages were built to accommodate the families of the people who were part of our community supporting the work of looking after our particular corner of Shropshire. Today, some of these houses are available as self catering holiday cottages.. Tap on the links below to find out a little more about these properties.
The holiday cottages are independent houses, each with their own garden, kitchen, living/dining space, in addition to bedrooms and bathrooms. They all have ample space to park cars.
Some cottage guests will make frequent visits to Soulton Hall for meals (breakfast and dinner by separate arrangement), others will be busy going out: walking, touring, cycling, or relaxing and having quiet time together.
The cottages are an economic way of taking a bigger number of people away to Shropshire for more extended periods (in particular because you do not have to keep eating out), and for this reason suit families and/or friendship groups. Indeed they provide extra options for guests attending celebrations or weddings around the Soulton and Wem area.
